In primary fermenter: 3.5 Gallons filtered water
In lobster pot: 2 Gallons filtered water

Added honey after 50 minutes of boiling.

06/02/2007	Started cleaning out bottles and found they have 
		become carbonated!  Will taste a cold one tonight.
06/29/2007	Final result was some beers were not carbonated, 
		some were overcarbonated, and none were any good.
