Put wood chips and some of the scotch in there too. Smells good. Very nice dark brown color. 03/16/2011 Bottled. 31 bottles + 3 big bottles. Very nice dark color and I think the perfect amount of smokey taste. 03/30/2011 Tasted one. Tastes good, nice and smokey, but not really carbonated. I'm a littled worried. 04/11/2011 Tasted another. Carbonated! Still tastes good. Very smokey, no off flavors or undertones but it does taste strong. 06/19/2011 Finished the last one. Still tasted good.
