Smelled like beer. 08/08/2009 Bottled (47 bottles) Tasted. Flat and warm but otherwise seemed promissing. Crisp. 08/24/2009 Tasted one beer. Nicely carbonated, minimal head. Very clear. Crisp tasting. Surprisingly not sweet considering the amount of honey. 08/29/2009 Tasted two more. Some hard to place flavors in it, but better than last time. Definitely ready for drinking now. 10/20/2009 Last ones finished. And they still tasted very good.
