Used extra light dried malt extract instead of light Used green coriander seed instead of regular coriander seed Liquid yeast Used new thermometer (one piece) Started steeping ~160F, in about 10m got down to 155F. Took yeast out of fridge when we started steeping. After about 15m at room temp, popped inner bag. Nice head of foam and nice beer smell. 07/09/2011 Bottled. 35 bottles, 3 big bottles. 07/24/2011 Tasted one, Nicely carbonated, tasted good (maybe a slightly sweater blue moon, basically no hops taste). ~09/2011 Looks like we forgot to put down when we finished them.
